DELIVERY TIME DURING COVID-19
We are still operating our Dubai warehouse with just enough staff, and will try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our usual delivery schedule is the next working day in the UAE, however it may take longer under the current circumstances, especially if your area is under quarantine or lockdown.
We will contact you individually with a delivery date on all orders placed. We accept any requests for cancellation before goods are out for delivery.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
EASY ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS
We really appreciate your order and want you to be happy with our service, so you might become a long term customer. So if you wish to cancel or change an order any time before delivery, just let us know and we'll fix it for you, including any full refunds.
NON CONTACT DELIVERY
All of our company employees and our delivery team are practicing social distancing, to support the UAE government to control & eliminate the Corona Virus. Our drivers will wear a face mask and gloves and will not enter your home.
There is no need to sign for the delivery, your Linen Obsession driver can take a photo of your ID, or a photo of you holding the package, if you prefer it.
If you have a person in your home who is particularly vulnerable to Corona Virus, or you are particularly concerned - kindly let our customer service team know. Then we can disinfect the packaging of all of your items with Dettol, before placing into sealed boxes or heat-sealed plastic bags with gloves, to prepare your order for delivery.
OUR COMPANY PROCEDURES IN THE TIME OF COVID-19
Our premises are closed to external visitors. Regular hand washing and sanitization are taking place. The temperature of all our staff attending the office or warehouse are checked twice per day.
All staff are picked up in company vehicles, to avoid any staff taking public transport.
Any staff member with an elevated temperature or any common cold symptoms, are directed to stay at home for two weeks, regardless of contacts.
All these measures have been taken to support the good health of our staff and you, our customer.
