Friday, 6th February was a special afternoon at our Mirdif City Centre store, filled with laughter, sweet treats, and the joy of community. Linen Obsession was proud to be part of the UAE’s beloved tradition of Hag Al Laila, a celebration that brings families together and marks the joyful anticipation of Ramadan.
Hag Al Laila is a night full of smiles, songs, and colourful traditions. Children dress in their best traditional clothes and go from store to store collecting sweets, while families share in the excitement and warmth of the occasion. It is a time to celebrate generosity, togetherness, and the special bonds that make community life so meaningful.
At Linen Obsession, our store became a welcoming stop for children and families enjoying the festivities. With carefully prepared sweet boxes in hand, we shared in the excitement of the little ones visiting us. Seeing their smiles and hearing their laughter reminded us of the true spirit of Hag Al Laila: creating memories, sharing joy, and honouring heritage.
We feel grateful to have welcomed so many families into our space and to have been part of these special moments. Celebrations like these remind us that community connection is not just about a place, but about the experiences we share together.
As we reflect on this joyful day, we extend our thanks to every family who joined us and every child who brightened our store with their smiles. At Linen Obsession, we look forward to continuing to celebrate traditions like Hag Al Laila, embracing heritage, supporting our community, and bringing warmth and happiness to every home we touch.
