When will my order be delivered?

We Deliver To:
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Kuwait.
If you would like delivery to a country other than those listed, please email us at customers@linenobsession.ae with your enquiry.

UAE - Free delivery
FREE Standard Delivery to ALL Emirates on orders above AED 150
Your order will usually arrive in 1-3 days depending upon time of order.

Delivery to the Middle East
We delivery to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Kuwait. Kindly contact us to check the shipping charge.
Generally orders will arrive in 5-7 days and will be delivered by your local courier company. Remote areas might take 1-3 days extra.

Can I Return my product?

If it’s unwashed & unused, and returned with original packaging – we will happily take back and refund any product purchased from our site, within 14 days of delivery date. If more time has passed, you can contact our customer service team to have a discussion about your individual circumstances and requirements.
Custom made orders of any item that have been agreed and paid for by the customer are considered to be final sale and returns/refunds will not be accepted unless the custom made item has a quality issue for which we will review and ensure you are satisfied with your order.
If you ever feel there is a quality issue, please let us know ASAP and we replace your product free of charge, with something equivalent or better.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.
