UAE - Free delivery
Your order will usually arrive in 1-3 days depending upon time of order.
If you have an urgent or large order we are very happy to organise a special delivery for you. Please contact us to arrange via email customers@linenobsession.ae or call +971 4 399 1890.
We can even deliver to your hotel, if you are in the UAE for a holiday.
TIP: Please remember to retain ALL original packaging in case you wish to return any unused and unwashed items later.
Delivery to the Middle East
We delivery to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Egypt and Lebanon. Kindly contact us to check the shipping charge.
Generally orders will arrive in 2-4 days and will be delivered by your local courier company. Remote areas might take 1-3 days extra.
Payment Options: Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

* Any customs duty or taxes at destination are to be paid by the customer, if the courier company asks.
Returns: Customers will pay only the shipping cost to return any product to us.
Once goods are received in our office (in clean, new and unused condition, including all original packaging), we will refund 100% of the value of the linen purchased.
Any faulty or incorrectly shipped products will be replaced at no cost to the customer, including reasonable shipping cost to return the product.
We will accept returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery date to your door.
Refunds will be made bac to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
