Returns Policy

If it’s unwashed & unused, and returned with original packaging – we will happily take back and refund any product purchased from our site, within 14 days of delivery date. If more time has passed, you can contact our customer service team to have a discussion about your individual circumstances and requirements.

Please send an email to customers@linenobsession.ae and include your phone number and we will contact you to approve the return.

Custom made orders of any item that have been agreed and paid for by the customer are considered to be final sale and returns/refunds will not be accepted unless the custom made item has a quality issue for which we will review and ensure you are satisfied with your order.

If you ever feel there is a quality issue, please let us know ASAP and we replace your product free of charge, with something equivalent or better. 

Kindly note that refunds can only be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
