1. Control Lighting to Promote Sleep
Bright lights - especially blue light from screens, interfere with melatonin production, making it harder to fall asleep. Dim the lights in the evening and opt for blackout curtains to prevent external light from disrupting your sleep. 

2. Maintain the Ideal Temperature
The optimal sleep environment is a cool room (16-21°C). Temperature regulation is key for a good night’s rest. Too warm, and your sleep is interrupted. Invest in temperature-regulating bedding to ensure you stay comfortable all night long.

3. Support Your Sleep with the Right Bedding
A high-quality mattress and pillows that match your sleeping style (side, back, or stomach) can make a world of difference. For added comfort, consider memory foam pillows or organic materials like silk, which are hypoallergenic and help alleviate pressure points, especially for those with allergies.

4. Tackle Allergies for Better Sleep
Dust mites and allergens are often worse at night, but you can fight back. Opt for allergy-free bedding, like silk pillowcases or hypoallergenic duvets, to reduce the chances of waking up stuffy or irritated. Not only does this help with comfort, but it’s also a great solution for sensitive skin!

5. Create a Relaxing Bedtime Routine
Establish a calming sleep routine to tell your body it’s time to rest. Avoid screen time before bed, and create a quiet, peaceful environment with the right lighting, scent, and sleep products. If you have trouble falling asleep, experts recommend getting out of bed and trying again when you’re drowsy.
